1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–14 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

Standard shipping time is 3–7 business days within Poland and 5–14 business days within the European Union.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

4. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
