Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the order form.
The sales contract is concluded upon the online confirmation of the order by the store.
The customer is obligated to provide accurate information.
Prices and Payment
All prices are gross prices (include VAT).
Payment is made via the available online payment methods displayed during the ordering process.
The order is processed after payment is received.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Order processing time is up to 7 business days, unless otherwise indicated in the product description.
The delivery cost is displayed before finalizing the order.
Complaints
The customer has the right to file a complaint if the goods do not conform to the contract.
Complaints are reviewed within 30 days.
Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law apply.
The store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, but any changes will not affect previously placed orders.
